And ANOTHER title that ends with a question mark?

Check the video description. Klonoa wii has the right file-type for models. The guy who made this video is also planning on adding a tutorial on how to put in animations, so this entire thing might be possible.

It would be pretty interesting if they could add Klonoa into brawl. Not impossible but not easy at all to do in my opinion. Although that brings up question of my own...

If you could import Klonoa's Wii model into Brawl, could you do the same for Joka?

I saw someone put the Klonoa Wii model into Gmod so putting him into Brawl shouldn't be impossible (but a bit difficult to make him move normal).

Two words: Move set.

Whose would he take? (Or can the people that have the skills to import him reasonably give him his own?)

And I will eat three buckets of ice cream if anyone says Sonic.

Sort of have some ideas for his moveset on Brawl.. but I remember there was this one Youtube video that's still on there talking about how Klonoa should be in brawl. The person who submitted it has his moveset and almost everything in the vid.

I love that channel. He's very knowledgeable when it comes to 3D editing.

I know plenty of people who work on Brawl+, one of the project inclusionists Ulevo before he was taken off of the back room roster was a name I would impersonate at the beck and call of someone who works in the project as a higher up, whenever he had disagreements with their idiocy. He'd call me in, and I'd generally just troll and pretend I'm Ulevo. Amusingly, Ulevo would become their favourite Smasher in time!

Klonoa will get in Brawl+ after I do, with Saki's moveset as a texture hack as that would actually give me competitive viability. Klonoa will be the victim of my first Atrumar/Saki combo video.

What music would you do a combo video on Klonoa to? It'd be either that, for me, or.

Klonoa isn't being designed for Brawl+ he's being designed for for vBrawl, I'm on the Project Klonoa team assisting with the PSA work. Also, what do you mean Saki's moveset as a texture hack?

Vanilla Brawl consists as an entirety by itself without any additions or changes. If you design a character for it, it will not be integrated into mainstream competition unless you're clueless of how a competitive functionality embodies itself. Sure, he can be designed with vBrawl in mind... But it's basically a Brawl+ that plays like vBrawl.

I meant though, that Saki is being reworked into Brawl as a primary character in some revisions of + possibly, and by that I mean he could even be a recurring option in high level competition. By texture hack, I mean putting the guy in my avatar over Saki Amamiya's moveset utilising one and lobbing Klonoa's head off with the nightstick.

Competitive vBrawl will never accept a hacked revision, but Brawl+ welcomes new possibilities, even though it maintains competitivity and is a persistantly worked on patch. Under the assumption Saki makes it into Brawl+, then baring in mind that a texture hack is the only way a third party character will be competitively viable and the fact my character is alot like Saki in functionality, I by scientific deduction therefore have a better chance of meaning something in Brawl than Klonoa through sheer incidence.

Putting Klonoa in Brawl+ or an actual mod which'd A. Agree to it. B. Has a continuity of players who constantly **** around with it and hold competitions. through a texture hack would require that a character plays alot like him. . . I'm not seeing it. Closest is Kirby, and you know.

I plan on reworking the damage, base knockback and knockback growth in PSA for myself to be on par with Brawl- which I prefer over Brawl+. Also through normal means of texturing if you plan on putting you avatar over Saki, the best you can do is literally change his texture, it will be Saki's model with with a texture that looks like your avatar at best. Your only means would be stretching the vertices to get the shape you want then texture it. We got Klonoa into Brawl over Lucas by importing from Klonoa for the Wii and converting him to an mdl0 format that Brawls character models are in and then re-indexing the bones and making new animations. The only character that are most likely to be accepted into a competitive standard of play, tournament legal or not, is slim to none. It's pretty safe to say that the characters that are to be in an official build of Brawl+ are the original characters that were playable. The main reason for any character being put into Brawl is on the level of the players entertainment, self-held tournaments, matches with friends ect. No single fan made character that I've heard of has been considered official on any competitive level. Any input you want to leave or corrections you want to make feel free to do so.
